The Area Sales Manager position is high level position in our company organization and an absolute key role in a Nordic context.You are responsible for managing all sales processes and customer relations within our division Sensing, Safety & Components (SSC) in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and the Baltic countries.Three Country Managers will be reporting to you and you will in turn report to the General Manager EMEA Sales within the division SSC.Directly and indirectly you will be managing a little more than 25 persons.This position will be based in Sweden (HQ in Kista) or Denmark (HQ in Køge) depending on candidate location.[ This position is not for everyone and Omron presents a true challenge for the right person as the ambitions for the Nordic countries are set high.Omron offers a sales and results focused environment combined with a great deal of independence in an international setting. [ We expect you to have a technical degree within Electronics and at least ten years of combined experience from sales and marketing.You have solid experience from working with key accounts as well as successful people management.You have good insight in the Nordic/Scandinavian Market and good knowledge of our products.You speak at least one Scandinavian language fluently and have very good knowledge in the English language.
