About the position

Today your team consists of employees operating in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, with offices in Sweden and Denmark. You will work closely together with our Chief Commercial Officer and CEO. You have the overall responsibility for the sales team's performance, personal development, budgets and sales strategies.

To be successful in this role

You are passionate about the people and making them successful. You will educate and coach your team to make sure that they have the right tools and conditions to reach their goals. Thinking outside the box and taking the Nordics to the next level should motivate and drive you as well as being a part of a company that never stands still. This also means that you quickly adapt to changed circumstances and are not the one to back down from a challenge. You enjoy driving sales both on a more strategic level and on a more operational one.

You are equally as charismatic as trustworthy and can motivate and engage your team. You will be an essential culture carrier throughout the organization and you need to be able to adapt you communication to the receiver.

You have a proven track record from a similar position, where your results speak louder than words. You have experience from B2B sales, preferably within IT and SaaS solutions. You have knowledge within TCP/IP, web, web protocols and a good understanding of the IT landscape and the challenges our customers might face. Previous experience from Cyber Security is very much a bonus.
