Our client designs and manufactures a wide variety of electron microscopes and nanotechnology tools and components.
Key Responsibilities:To strengthen our Sales & Service Division in Eindhoven we have a position for a Sales Order Support Officer at the Customer Operations Center (former back office).

The Position: Reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager, the Sales Order Support Officer is responsible for: Daily Sales Support to SSD Europe regions (SSD Europe and Indirect Channels) on order processing; configuration issues; PO# review and order intake. ERP data entry. Operational support to bookings & revenue issues. Joining logistic meetings/calls with PD Order Desks to discuss planning and order fulfillment aspects. Capturing all data to generate a Sales Order (Order Planner).

Requirements: Candidates for this position should be attentive to order details and accurate in order processing. Needs to understand that his/her output is vital to execution of an order and customer satisfaction. Understands global and local processes and takes initiatives for process improvements where applicable. The Sales Order Support Officer has a coordinating roll for the execution of each order and takes care of communication to all involved disciplines. This position contributes to the quarterly bookings & revenue figures. This position is ideal for persons who like to work within a dynamic and hectic environment, including contacts with customers directly.

The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:
Education at MBO / MBO+ level and 3-5 years relevant work experience. IT Skills (MS Office, Excel expert). Preferably knowledge of MFGPRO and OTS. Knowledge of Team Track systems benefits to the execution of the job. Knowledge of / experience in International Trading (export, local requirements, tender procedures) is required. Good command of the English and Swedish. Another European language, combined with good communication skills, is a plus. Organizational talented (coordination- and prioritizing skills, self supportive).

Enthusiastic. Team- and result oriented. Process oriented. No 9 to 5 mentality; prepared for heavy workload quarter end. Calls with Pacific Time zone during afternoon. Exhibit a positiv "can-do" approach. Work with conflicting, delayed or ambiguous information. Manage multiple orders & projects at one time.
Focus on underlying processes rather than isolated events.
Build and maintain professional relationships with external (customers, bank, export control) and internal contacts (PD order desks; Finance; Account and Sales Management; Customer Relations Desks). Be courteous with customers.

Leadership: Can persuade an individual or group of a certain course of action. Communicate and enforce organizational policies and procedures to others.
