Your mission
As a Sales Platform Training Lead, you’re an important part of a small team working with ownership, support and development of all sales systems within Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions. Utilizing world-class methods and tools, you drive the creation process for the Sales Platform training material, while also promoting the already existing material. You lead key user training sessions, as well as facilitate local trainings in our sales areas in order to strengthen the knowledge of the organization. By staying abreast of news and updates within the world of competence development, you provide insight in the availability of new tools and training approaches.
You connect and collaborate with stakeholders across all functions and divisions to safeguard data quality, find synergies in systems and ways of working, and to maintain common definitions. When needed, you also identify and take part in sales systems development projects, where you provide your expertise and execute activities according to project plans.
The location for this position is flexible across our different Sandvik Mining and Construction sites in the Nordic region, with a preference for Stockholm (SE) and Turku (FI).
Your character
We believe that you have a degree in a relevant field of studies – perhaps within IT, Business Technology, or Human Resource Management – and most important, combined with experience and a thorough understanding of end-user training or competence development. You have knowledge of leading training projects and change management initiatives within the Salesforce platform, and you comfortably interact in a global and cross-functional business. This also means that you need excellent communication skills in English, while knowledge of other languages, including Swedish, is beneficial.
Being structured, detailed and systematic are necessary characteristics for this job. Yet, you’re a doer with a hands-on mentality and you confidently drive results in the area of your responsibility. You challenge us and use your great communication skills to inspire and bring people on board, and you effectively collaborate across our decentralized organization. You also balance individual work with being a true team player and prioritize to get the job done!
