About the job
You will be part of the central Business Unit Welded Heat Exchangers, working with our sales companies to generate demand for AL solutions of Compact Welded Heat Exchanger. In this market, a competitive offering is key success factor, and open bidding competition is always tough. To succeed, you must establish and coordinate the global project team, including sales companies, operations and other BU colleagues to ensure technically and commercially competitive and professional offers, with well managed risks.
Main responsibilities include to:
Lead the project from Opportunity-to-Order process to a successful contract closing and hand-over to execution in Operations.
Drive and develop Project sales, along with strategic planning and prioritization to ensure profitability.
Support our global sales team in identifying the opportunities for our solution´s in the customer’s project, and the value it brings.

You will report to the Project Sales Manager in BU WHE, and this position can be based either in Lund (SE) or Fontanil (F), as we have colleagues in both locations. Frequent travels should be expected.

You have a curious business mind with an ability to motivate people around to. To thrive in this position, we believe that you need to have a positive, agile mindset and to find solutions to sales challenges. You’re clear in your communication, have good negotiation skills and have a structured and strategic approach to your work.
What you know
You have a university degree in Engineering or equivalent. You have at least a couple of years’ experience from technical sales, preferably within process industry and/or with heat transfer. Knowledge from petrochemical and gas industry is a bonus as well as a keen interest in clean tech. As we operate in an international environment, it’s key that you are fluent in both written and spoken English and understand how to work in a cross-functional organization.
