General summary
The company is currently looking for a Swedish Sales Representative for the south / middle Sweden.
The successful candidate will plan and develop sales and marketing activities in his/her area, to maintain and develop sales of the range of products to all major retailers and online retailers. In conjunction with this you will be required to identify new market opportunities and communicate this to the senior management team. The Sales Representative report directly to the European MD, but also have direct contact with the rest of the Sales team in Germany and around Europe .
1) Maintain and develop strategic partnerships with our major customers, maintaining a customer and prospect database.
2) Introduce our range of products to all major retailers.
3) Plan and carry out sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values and timescales
4) Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone and personal visits
5) Maintain and develop existing and new customers, through planned individual account support and liaison with internal order processing staff.
6) Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information.
7) Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
8) Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
9) Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Knowledge, Skills and abilities required
1) Experienced Sales person with a minimum of 3 years sales experience preferably within consumer electronics market and/or home appliances
2) Good knowledge of the retail market with contacts within the industry
3) Strong Communication Skills and the ability to manage project work.
4) Ability to work independently and set the strategic direction
5) Swedish native speaker and English communication skills.Knowledge off additional European languages is a plus
