The company has established a world-wide user base and is now looking for a sales representative both work with new and existing clients in the Nordic region.

Do you want to be a part of an exciting journey together with Encare?
In the role you will get the opportunity to drive sales through close collaboration with healthcare providers and partners respectively. You will provide your clients with cutting edge SaaS (Software as a Service) system solutions for enabling the ERAS® concept (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery). Compliance with the ERAS® concept result improved patient outcome through less complications and shortened length of stay in the hospital in connection with major surgery.
In your role you will be responsible for the full sale cycle, from prospecting until closure on a defined territory. You will work with multiple selling channels and in close collaboration with healthcare partners, healthcare provider and the ERAS® Society. You will work independently with your clients and partners and get the opportunity to develop your role and sales methods strategically to achieve the KPIs for the role.
As Encare is in a strong growth phase we believe that you are interested to build up both the sales network externally as well as working with the sales organization internally and other departments.

You will work with hospitals worldwide.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in large account sales preferably within Med Tech
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Good knowledge in relevant IT-tools, MS Office
• Previous experience of using CRM-systems
• Previous experience of tender business is a merit
• Previous experience in demonstrating SaaS solutions is a merit

You have high sales activity and enjoy networking as well as closure. You will have excellent skills in building relationships, as you will be working globally with sales toward Physicians and/or Health care providers. At Encare you will work in a global environment demanding you speak and write English fluently. Other languages are welcomed.
The positions are open ended and full-time.
Travels: Travels will be necessary but change in global setting with the pandemic has led to a lot of virtual meetings.
