Sales & Service Coordinator to Supply chain service company

We are looking for a consultant who will work 12-20 hours per week, that may increase over time. The customer is a sales and marketing company that helps manufacturing companies resell their products within the paper industry. The company are specialists in helping companies find and gain access to imports of high-quality and innovative industrial products.

The assignment is expected to be at least 6 months with a great chance of extension. In this role you will cooperate with the company owner and your employment starts with an introduction at the office in central Göteborg.

What’s your mission?
You will work in an international environment with contacts all over the world. The position involves working independently with different kind of tasks such as booking transports from warehouse to costumer and administration of bank and exports documents. You will have international contact with clients and it’s an merit if you can speak French.

Your daily tasks may also include:

Contract writing and compilation from negotiated deal to contract
Contact with supplier, bank, customer
Follow-up of customer payments, credit insurance, etc.
Solve various possible problems that may arise logistically

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have long solid experience of similar tasks before. Furthermore, you have:

Good knowledge of various delivery terms such as CFR, FCA, FOB, Ex mill.
Good knowledge of different payment terms (Ramburs, CAD, Open Credit etc.)
Good communication skills
Fluent in english
Good knowledge of the entire MS Office Package


It is an advantage if you:

It's ideal if you can communicate in French and/or Swedish
Has experience from trading houses
