The ABB's Hoisting team engineers and delivers complete mine hoist solutions and services including both mechanical and electrical equipment to efficiently transport ore from underground to surface. Deep domain knowledge enables us to truly understand and address the challenges and opportunities of our customers supporting them to improve productivity while reducing maintenance and energy consumption.
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team. This is a job that will include responsibility for selling and promoting our Hoisting Service portfolio, include reliability and need to keep good relationships with ABB customers. The position will offer you variation, a most competent team and an exciting workplace. You will get great opportunities and interesting challenges to enhance your career. Location is preferably Skellefteå or in close vicinity to Malmfälten in the north of Sweden.
Your responsibilities
Responsibility for sales activities in the area of hoisting services for the Nordic region.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and ABB solutions.
Work proactively together with each customer and ABB team as a whole in order to secure the best solution for each customer and application.
Manage service offerings and build relationships with our sales channels to support them in existing business.
Identify and drive new business opportunities as well as lead targeted business campaigns.
Monitor customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Your background
Qualification and work experience in sales and/or operations management.
Previous experience in working closely to customers in Mining Industry and Hoisting, is seen as advantage.
Broad technical competence, experience and understanding covering both electrical, automation and mechanical solutions.
Collaborative, driven and creative personality.
You are committed, curious and able to deliver results so that the business reaches its goals and visions.
You are good at working in teams and a relationship builder both internally and with the customer.
Since we are a global company proficiency in English is a must.
