We are now looking for a Sales Supervisor for Low Voltage Motors
The position
As a Sales Supervisor of Low Voltage Motors and an active member of the management team you will have a key role in our organisation. You will work in our office in Mölnlycke, outside Gothenburg. In the role, you will steer and challenge the operations towards fulfilment of technical targets as well as drive operational efficiency. You will be the leader of our internal sales team consisting of highly motivated engineers. The vast majority of the team is located in Mölnlycke but also in Denmark and Spain.
Our market coverage includes all Nordic countries. Typically, our customers are manufacturing/using compressors, fans or pumps together with our electrical motors and VFD’s. We also work with distributors and end-users in different segment, such as Pulp and paper, Mining, Maritime etc.
The team is responsible to support the market and our external sales team technically, including after sales and services when applicable.
Key responsibilities
Lead and coach the Internal sales engineer team
Be in contact with our engineering teams globally; we usually meet via Teams
Support our customers with technical inquiries
Technical support to our external sales team
Attend Customer visits whenever needed
Support the use of our sales software and engineering tools
Provide technical training for customers and for our internal and external sales teams
Expand sales, aftermarket, and our service network in the Nordic region
Your background
Bachelor‘s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar education
Develop in-depth product range of Low Voltage Industrial Motors
Leadership skills with experience in Team Management
Advanced English written and spoken (mandatory)
International Sales experience, technical/commercial experience with Low Voltage Industrial/Commercial motors, application experience in Low Voltage industrial motors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to generate, follow and close sales opportunities
A record of previous responsibility for a team leader is mandatory.
You also need to be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Package. Previous experience in SAP, SAP Business One, SAP Business intelligence, SQL-queries, business administration are also very positive.
