For Division Stationary Crushing & Screening, we’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Sales Support Manager for Crushing Solutions to join us.
Your mission
As Sales Support Manager, you act as the primary point of contact for all sales support inquiries for a geographical area – managing and responding to requests in a timely and professional manner. By promoting value selling, you proactively develop our offering and enable our Global Sales organization to outperform the market, while maintaining strong backline/frontline relationships. You serve as an escalation point for customer issues and work with cross-functional teams as needed to quickly resolve issues and satisfaction.
Part of your mission is to ensure collaboration with lifecycle managers, business managers, and Sales Areas, to pick up feedback such as business drivers and improvement potential. Working with our Sales Areas you provide statistical, technical and commercial advice, with an understanding of both business problems and technical solutions. You develop and drive value selling for the crushing business with the front line and other stakeholders – working​ proactively to seek and manage end customer, as well as Sales Area feedback related to our business.​
Your job also includes:
Communicating and implementing crushing solutions strategy into the respective area.​
Cooperating with Sales Area to prepare, conduct and/or assist in product promotion/launches, presentation and demonstration from technical and commercial perspective. May also provide technical training and guidance to sales.
Safeguarding margins and driving commercial acumen in the frontline.​
Collecting information from the market (competitors, offerings, macro trends etc.) and share with backline.​
Driving customer perspective in the solution team and the entire backline.​
Be a sounding board to frontline regarding organizational and competence development needs in terms of long-term crushing business.​

The location for this position is Svedala, Sweden, and travel is included in the job.
Your character
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or other related field, or have equivalent work experience. You have several years of demonstrated success in a sales support role and have long-term technical and commercial experience with customers and sales organizations. Important for the role is also to be proactive in recognizing changing business needs and in developing corresponding solutions. As we operate in a global setting, excellent written and verbal communications skills in English is required.

You have strong business acumen and a technical and commercial understanding. Furthermore, we value your strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, along with your ways of collaborating and communicating in a global, cross-cultural environment.
