Our customer, a well-known international and iconic software company, is looking for a Sales Support Representative to work in their office located in the center of Stockholm.
As a Sales Support Representative you will be working directly with customers as well as internal sales teams and other support functions in order to drive sales. In this role, you will be working with existing customers and bring forth support services/offerings in the context of customer needs and experiences. Developing a strategy for identifying, driving and closing support solutions is also a part of this role as well as supporting colleagues with sales analytics and assist in more complex negotiations so the team in total can work well with the customer base.
We believe that you have a few years of experience within CRM, sales or Backoffice. You are a self sufficient person who sees solutions where other people see problems. Mixing team work and supporting colleagues with admin suits you well since you like the mix of tasks. We also believe that you are a strong communicator in speech as well as in writing and you like facilitating meetings both in person and digitally.
You like identifying improvement opportunities both internally and externally and driven that change through.
- A few years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Self sufficient with a go-getter attitude
With the current situation with Covid-19, work is done from home both internally and externally and meetings are taken digitally.
In more normal circumstances, a large part of the time is spent at the office.
Start date: Preferably 1st of September
