What you will do:

As a Salesforce Application Specialist you will build, design and advance our Salesforce Environment through managing backlogs, planning sprints and coordinating the technical resources. The role is partly hands-on with configurations and testing, but you will also act as a technical system owner, managing the Salesforce consultants, synchronizing the overall plan and goals with them. You will in close collaboration with the team further advance and help innovate within Salesforce and you will drive the development within Salesforce Cloud, Salesforce Service and Salesforce Marketing Automation.

More in detail, these responsibilities are included in the role:

• Manage the backlog in Jira
• Setting the technical roadmap for Salesforce
• Working hands-on with configurations and testing
• Manage and coordinate the technical resources, primarily the team in India and the consultants

In our Salesforce team you will be working alongside colleagues to further advance our environment and innovate with new feature releases. Our goal is to make our Salesforce platform efficient, effective and innovative!. This role will give you the opportunity to use your competence optimizing Salesforce and in the end increase the customer experience and customer satisfaction for our large and increasing number of customers.

We believe the right candidate could look something like this:

• 3 years of experience where you have led the development of Salesforce on a technical level
• Swedish work permit and residence in Stockholm
