Job description
As SalesForce Support, you will primarily support the global Sales & Marketing organization as well as the global Aftermarket Services organization with Salesforce related tasks and with other in the department occurring normal working tasks. This role is part of the Sales Support Team within the Sales & Marketing department. You will also strategically drive new innovative solutions and improvements in the use of SalesForce for AP&T.

You will belong to a global sales and marketing team where you and part of the team is based in Ulricehamn and will report to Head of Technical Sales. As the primary person responsible for all support concerning SalesForce you will provide ongoing updates and feedback to the broader team by utilizing company-wide tools.

Key responsibilities include:

* Communicate and support Salesforce users in system related updates, issues and questions
* Be the main contact for the users and if necessary, relay questions to our system support partners for clarification and solutions
* Ensure usage and report to managers, analyse data and provide insights through the usage of Salesforce reporting functionality
* Manage basic Salesforce administrative functions including user account maintenance, territory management, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
* Supporting the sales support team with tasks such as in executing of propositions

You are committed and a problem solver who sees new innovative opportunities to utilizing SalesForce as a tool for AP&T's business, in which you are actively involved in contributing to this. You are passionate and thrive in a dynamic global entrepreneurial work environment.

* Experience of B2B sales
* Ability to work well and collaborate across multiple departments globally and influence at all levels
* Adaptable, flexible, and open to diverse ways of thinking and diverse cultures
* Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and training skills in English and Swedish
