Salesforce Tech Lead - Hemfrid Stockholm

Salesforce Tech Lead - Hemfrid Stockholm

Arbetsbeskrivning

We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead!
Hemfrid is the leading provider of home services. We don’t just aim to deliver services of the highest quality — we want to enhance people’s quality of life. Our advanced group platform ensures seamless access to our top-tier services, and our employees share the same goal: making everyday life easier for our customers.
Hemfrid is part of the KEYTO Group, working to build the leading technology-driven full-service platform for household services. We are dedicated to unlocking quality of life. We believe in the power of technology and integrated services to drive the industry forward and provide a smooth, modern customer experience.
About the role As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you are the guiding force the development team relies on. You are responsible for creating an environment where the team performs, grows, and thrives — both individually and collectively. The role is as much about leadership, coaching, and direction as it is about technology.
You work closely with business stakeholders to understand goals, needs, and priorities, and you translate them into a clear direction for the team. You drive sustainable ways of working, elevate the team’s capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Your responsibilities include: • Leading the team’s day-to-day work, supporting prioritisation, and ensuring strong team velocity and delivery capability.
• Coaching developers in their professional growth and creating conditions for the team to evolve both technically and personally.
• Establishing structure in processes, workflows, and collaboration — always with long-term quality and sustainability in mind.
• Acting as a central link between the business and the development team, ensuring that technical decisions support business objectives.
• Owning the strategic direction of the platform’s technical evolution while empowering the team and avoiding unnecessary micromanagement.
• Ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
• Making sure security standards and data protection requirements are met within the CRM system.
Your profile • Several years of experience in Salesforce development or a comparable technical background.
• Experience leading developers — formally or informally — and a strong interest in coaching and team development.
• Familiarity with modern development practices including CI/CD and version control.
• Clear and confident communication skills, bringing structure, transparency, and stability to the team.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written. Fluency in Swedish is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or an academic degree in a technical field are considered a plus.
Who you are • A natural leader who builds trust and helps people grow.
• Analytical and structured, able to create clarity in complex situations.
• Proactive in driving improvements and developing both the team and the platform.
• Collaborative, clear in your communication, and invested in sustainable ways of working.
Application This is a full-time position with a start date according to agreement. We review applications and conduct interviews on an ongoing basis — send in your application as soon as possible.
We look forward to hearing from you!
