Responsibilities
• Working toward set sales budgets and KPIs
• Operational matters at store level such as inventory management, digital marketing and stock control
• Maintain Fybernots Customer Service excellence at outlet and ecommerce channels
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, maintaining correct inventory levels and identifying product needs
• Overseeing standard operating procedures / implement efficiencies in store routines (best practices)
