Bayer Agency Business and our principal Lanxess is searching for a Sales Representative for the Business Unit Technical Rubber Products The Technical Rubber Products (TRP) business unit, supplies its customers with an extensive portfolio of technical rubber products.As one of the leading global suppliers of synthetic rubber for the rubber processing industry, TRP provides materials and components which have a broad spectrum of uses.For example as modifiers for plastics and adhesive raw materials, as functional components for the automotive and cable engineering industries, and for the gas/oil exploration and production industries, or for the soles of your shoes In order to strengthen our sales team we are searching for a new team member, located in Gothenburg, with responsibilities for the Nordic TRP market.Your profile *Knowledge and experience in sales *Chemical and/or Technical background, if possible with some experience in Rubber producing industry or in main application industry *Self sufficient and self motivated *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills *Excellent English and Swedish language skills both oral and written *Willingness to travel Responsibilities *Sales and turnover responsibilities for the Nordic Region *Transfer of strategy into regional operational tasks and activities Tasks *Technical and Commercial service to existing customers, acquisition of new customers and respond to inquiries for the assigned sales territory Nordic Region *Inform and report about major developments at customers, market trends, regulatory trends *Market introduction of new products and new applications *Market analysis related to new developments and alternative technologies *Monitor competition and market data *Close cooperation TRP headquarter in Germany *Responsibility for sales and price negotiations
