We are now looking for our new Sales & Projet Manager to join us at Saint-Gobain Sekurit Scandinavia AB in Eslöv Sweden. In this position you will be part of the management team for the company - reporting to the Managing Director and work close to the international Project team. In this position you will have regular customer contact that includes negotiations where we think it’s key to have the right ability to understand technical requirments.
Desciption of the role as Sales & Project manager
As Sales and Project manager you have the overall responsibility for all customer projects affecting Sekurit Scandinavia. You and your team of local project leaders will work in close collaboration with both international KAM/IPL and the local operational team in Eslöv.
The position will be very dynamic and your success will be measured in your teams ability to manage the process of projects from RFQ to SOP with focus on Profitability and Vertical start up. The cooperation with the industrial team will be key for success.
The role also includes:
· Regular analysis of margin and profitability of ongoing projects and existing porfolio
· Answering technical and commercial inquiries from customers
· Maintain data in SAP
Requirements for the role:
· Engineering degree within relevat area, industrial management, mechanical eng, product dev…
· At least 3 years of experience from the automotive industry in sales or operation
· Experience from project management with a special focus on the industrialization process
· Experience from regular customer contact
· Fluent in English
· Experience of customer negotiations
· Ability to understand technical requirements and technical interest is fundamental for the role
