We have created the world’s first digitalised Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for product compliance.
You have probably seen the buzz around CE marking for masks and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during the pandemic, so we are lucky enough to have increased business during this crisis!
Wait, WHAT?
Yeah! Every electronic product that you are holding right now, your mobile, laptop, or iPad has to go through a thorough compliance process, ensuring product and environmental safety aspects, before it’s allowed to be sold.


Who are we looking for?
Since the launch in April last year we have received a lot of traction and proven then need for the product. Now, we are ready to expand our sales. This is a fun moment for all of us in the team. We have been working hard developing our platform together with future customers and now they will start to use it to streamline the company’s compliance work and at the same time help them save money.
We are looking for a Chief Sales Officer, who is ready to get their hands dirty and do some selling to build their own sales organisation, which they then will manage.
To start with, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, presales, sales, after sales and sales management but we are already planning on recruiting a resource more dedicated to after sales/customer success in Q1 2021.
Note that “being responsible for” might not always equal being the one doing it but ensuring that the correct procedures and activities are being performed in that area.
This includes:
Presales
· Lead generation
· Contact/Prospecting
· Requirements Analysis
· Etc.
Sales
· Creation of sales material (PowerPoint, Excel)
· Sales meetings
· Product demo
· Preparation of Quotations / Request for Proposals (RFP)
· Marketing assistance
After sales/customer success
· Overall responsibility for the implementation of the system
· Follow up calls/meetings with customers
· Monitoring customer satisfaction
· Forward customer feedback to product development
· After-sales services such as education, implementation engineers, extra support hours etc.
Sales Management
· Budgeting
· KPI:s and Metrics
· Develop and improve sales organisation
· Create distribution channels, collaborations etc.
· Build and manage a great sales team
· Sales strategy work
· Be a part of the company management team
The service is Software as a Service (SaaS) solution and is sold as a subscription, which usually runs over several years. In this position you need to be proactive and always find a solution to the customers’ needs.

Business experience
· Prior working experience with B2B sales to medium size enterprises (MSE) and enterprises
· Use to the corporate world and the different stakeholders in the sales process, e.g. IT, HR, CEO etc.
· Excellent and fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English
· Driving licence, valid in Sweden
· Experience from selling software or B2B sales
· Very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as good knowledge of the rest of the Office package
· Generally good IT knowledge / basic technical understanding
