New Sales Specialist Outsourcing & Cloud services, Linköping
Senzum is on an exciting journey of growth. We want to add even more power to the success and find the new star to the sales team. This person will definitely be a key person when it comes to the company´s growth strategy.
Main responsibilities
The New Sales Specialist will analyze which markets and segments in The Nordics to prioritize, in order to reach the targets for the sales budget. The New Sales Specialist will independently reach out to the identified companies in order to start new relations. The responsibilities comprise the total sales process including first contacts, presentation, solution architecture, offering, negotiation and contract management. This work will always be supported by Senzum key people who will help out in any step of the process. Initially the portfolio will comprise outsourcing of customer service/tech support and field service as well as cloud based systems within video meeting technology, case management and contact-center. The job requires travelling within targeted areas in the Nordics. Your budget will consist of both activity and new revenue.

You have a keen interest in complex services, technical communication solutions as well as customer contact. You often get feedback that you are highly reliable and a person to ask about practical matters. You have a way of describing scenarios and effects of alternative options. You inspire people around you and you are always faithful to what is right for the clients. When you have set your mind to a target, you often reach it or beyond. You want to look back proudly, to a personal result where you can confirm company expansion thanks to your initiatives and sales activities.
Qualifications
We prefer that you have several of the following qualifications and / or features:
Relevant business diploma
Professional manner
Excellent English and one Nordic language
Good company network
High reliability and confidence
Excellent sales track record on executive management-, and board management level
Technical interest and skills
Previous experience of sales within technical systems and applications
Previous experience of customer service and communication is an advantage
