JOB DESCRIPTION

WORK TASK

- Be the New Staff Discount projects application expert on SAP CRM.
- Responsible for solution design, workshop planning and conduction, configurations, system solution documents, conduct test, training etc.
- Also responsible for functional specifications for Reports, Integrations, Extensions, Data conversions
- Interacts with the Flow development team
- Deep knowledge on SAP CRM 7 is required.
- Knowledge on the SAP CRM Business partner management is valuable.
- SAP CRM technical knowledge is valuable.

- SAP CRM 7
- SAP CRM Business partner management
- Experience of Retail industry
- Experience of highly integrated solutions

- JIRA
- HP ALM
