Great! Volvo Group is now searching for a Solution Leader for the global application SAP Ariba Sourcing which is SaaS, COTS solution. The solution supports Volvo Group both Direct and Indirect areas in Strategic sourcing, Contracts and Supplier management.

Volvo is driving a number of exciting projects to support our internal business stakeholders in digitalizing their business processes and leverage the value of data and content. We are Purchasing Solution Centre within RnDP SDU working to increase efficiency through our current set of applications and modern solutions. Our existing solution and service offerings to the Procurement business in Volvo Group comprises of a mixture of varied technologies Microsoft, Java, Mainframe and Off the shelf IT solutions SAP Ariba, Trade shift, SAP FieldGlass. We find ourselves on the cusp of a transformation with heavy investments to transform our existing portfolio to buy standard off the shelf IT solutions and services. We also build mobile apps and microservices, dabble with RPA and predictive data analysis and very curious about how technology can add value to our business..


ROLE DESCRIPTION


As a Solution Leader, you will take the complete responsibility to secure the end user, business and IT requirements and support the full utilization of the solution.
You will work closely with the Delivery manager and Business owner, securing the deliveries related to the application and with the vendor.


Key Responsibilities
Main point of contact for business requirement, roll out needs etc.
Propose prioritization of changes in the IT solution in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Participate and contribute in SAP Ariba user network forums.
Manage the IT Solution annual delivery plan and release plan within the budget frame.
Accountable for training needs which are identified and training plan is secured for the IT solution including complete training material.
Responsible for securing Volvo Internal control standards.
Secure communication and anchoring of solution improvements with stakeholders.
Agile learner and recognized expert with ability to promote the benefits of the Solution
Manage the key User network in collaboration with the Business stakeholders.
Work harmoniously in a large cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR HIGHLY MOTIVATED EXPERT WHO HAS
Relevant university degree.
SAP Ariba Sourcing to Contract product knowledge and experience .
Vendor negotiation and strong influencing skills.
Ability to drive and Sound methodical skills with attention to detail and process requirements.
Capability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure timely deliveries.
Excellent presentation, networking and communication skills.
