Arbetsbeskrivning
Create overall architecture diagrams for the HR functional area and systems.
Project management experience such as planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining HR systems is also required.
In-depth IT experience in support of human resource processes such as employee data management, organizational structure management.
Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration and customization decisions.
Recent experience with at least one of the following functional areas: HCM/HRMS, Payroll, and/or Intranet systems.
Experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP Net Weaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other middleware platform).
Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies. Knowledge of integration development to third party systems such ADP, LMS, ERP, Active Directory, and Concur Expense system etc. is a plus.
