Job description Based on business needs, HR IT Sweden creates, plans and executes HR IT strategies for Sweden.We are a new unit responsible for the implementation of IT tools supporting HR.By connecting business processes and IT, we ensure that we have the best possible IT applications for our HR work.HR IT Sweden is part of Human Resources and Organization in Sweden, the central unit for human resources.We are a team of about 30 employees divided into two groups, based in Sundby Park.Ericsson has a strong commitment to operational excellence and this puts high demands on our IT support.One of our key systems is SAP's Human Capital Management (HCM) module.To be able to fully utilize the possibilities of this system, we need someone with in depth HCM functional knowledge and configuration experience.
