SAP Integration Engineer

We are looking for a skilled SAP Integration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions using SAP integration suite tools and technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient integration solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Integration Suite with a deep understanding of integration patterns and best practices.


Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions.
• Design and develop integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite tools, including SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Process Integration (PI), and SAP API Management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to system integration.
• Provide technical guidance and support to developers and other team members.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues with system integration.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in SAP Integration Suite and related technologies.
• Participate in quality control tasks, such as code reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement those improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of integration solutions.

Experience and Background
• Proven experience programming in SAP Business Technology Platform and available platform services.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, best practices, and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools.
• Experience with JavaScript/Groovy or any other OOP programming language.
• Strong experience with SAP Integration Development Guidelines, performance optimization, transaction handling, and operational guidelines.
• Experience and understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data models and entities.
• DevOps mindset with a sense of ownership through the deployment lifecycle.
• Experience working in the HR domain and with HR system implementations.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with familiarity in international collaboration.
