Description

To lead the implementation of new org design and wow in the cluster countries through a transition. Important to have a deep business knowledge in the finance area.

Role description:

- Responsible for planning, managing and delivery of assigned Functional Area within the project, including time, scope and quality Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks.
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects functional areas and line organization.
- Perform project reporting and key milestones updates and content for measuring and following up project quality and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of project quality and performance in assigned functional area.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Work in compliance with all aspects of how ways of working with projects (quality assurance process, plan, process, execution, steering and follow up)
- Lead, coach and develop project team members, promoting best practice in project execution.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Finance process experience (R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM), +7 years
- Project Management +3 year
- SAP S/4 HANA Knowledge
