Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Security / Roles & Authorizations expert
What you will work on
Own and further develop the overall SAP roles and authorizations strategy
Design, build, and maintain roles and authorization concepts across SAP landscapes (e.g. S/4HANA, IBP, Solution Manager)
Ensure an efficient role design with consideration to SAP licensing (FUE)
Support user administration, role assignments, and access management processes
Troubleshoot and resolve authorization issues using tools such as SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, and SAM4U
Implement and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles
Support internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and remediation plans
Collaborate with SAP functional teams, security, audit, and business stakeholders
Act as an advisor in implementations, upgrades, and rollout activities
Document processes, roles, and ways of working, and continuously improve existing solutions

What you bring
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Roles & Authorizations
Deep understanding of SAP authorization concepts (authorization objects, roles, profiles)
Experience working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
Experience with SAP GRC Access Control or equivalent solutions
Strong knowledge of SoD principles, risk management, and compliance requirements
Experience working with audits and regulatory requirements
Very strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
