Job Description

H&M Group is growing and now looking for SAP Software Engineer with expertise in SAP Development within our new Business Tech organization in Product Area – Customer Care. This is a permanent employment onsite in Stockholm.
About the role
As an SAP Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end applications and integrations including technical design, development, test and operations. You will work in a team of other software engineers with various SAP and non-SAP platforms and Solutions. You can work with both innovation and development of new and existing solutions and strategic maintenance over time with lots of opportunities to learn and develop and take part in different initiatives. We work in a agile setup in a product team with members situated in different parts of the world.

You will enable innovation and development by your ability to understand business requirements and translate them into realizable solutions with customer/user in focus. You will also be responsible in evaluation and contribution to big tech initiatives ongoing in the organization and building the product backlog to realize and adapt on a regular basis:
Acting as a senior software engineer within the team and leading technical discussions and decisions for the product and area
Hands-on Development and configuration of the solutions
Building the Product Roadmap and Backlog to achieve tech ambitions and plans in the organization


Skills & Requirements
You have a solid experience in SAP Development including architecture, design and development. You are able to explain deep subject matter situations customer solutions, applications, integrations for large scale sap implementations. You are a team player and excellent communicator. You fill requirements as below:

Mandatory skills
10+ years of experience with SAP ABAP Development.
2+ years of experience with ODATA development
2+ years of working with custom FIORI/UI5 development
5+ years of working with SAP ECC
Good Experience in working with SAP CRM
Good Knowledge in SAP Based Products and Solution offerings
Experience in working with SAP HANA DB with CDS and AMDB
Extensive experience in working with APIs (REST + SOAP)
Good knowledge of Security fundamentals
Experience in working with SCRUM and AGILE environment
Good communication skills with fluent in English, oral and written.

Good to have
Working with working in solution related to retail / fashion industry.
Experience in working with Customer Service solutions
Experience in working with Customer facing self-service solutions
Experience in working with SAP CAR
Experience in working with Hybris eCommerce / Major eCommerce Solutions
Experience or knowledge in Azure Cloud / SAP Cloud Platform
Knowledge or experience in working with AI/Chatbots
Working with any API Management solution
Knowledge in Mobile App Development
Good presentation and leadership skills
