As a Solution Architect, you will be part of the Finance Area, where the mission is to enable H&M Group do business in a meaningful way, anywhere and in any business model, by providing easy, efficient and sustainable digital solutions. You will work cross-functionally among several product teams, and therefore will have the ability to make an impact on a larger scale for H&M Group!




Responsibilities


As a Solution Architect, you will be a key player in analyzing, designing, developing and maintaining roadmaps and implementation plans. Your job will include translating business and tech requirements into architecture blueprints, identify areas in need of improvement and provide leadership related to the solution development by being responsible for the architecture and delivery of a solution or portfolio. You will ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and advancing the architecture towards the target state. You will also update stakeholders on roadmaps and implementation plans. You will be involved in multiple initiatives requiring architectural governance, and you will provide your expertise where architectural work is required. Doing this, you will also provide necessary leadership and analysis related to the development of solutions to ensure that they meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. You will also:
Contextualize strategic vision and direction; conduct analysis, identify opportunities, constraints and support strategic activities related to development and management of solutions, by maintaining a part of Product area roadmap and city map, solution map and integration map
Collaboratively create architectural/solution design and documentation, for complex initiatives involving multiple teams or strategic initiatives, align with the Business and Product area strategy and goals
Ensure adherence to established principles, guidelines, standards, etc. and provide feedback towards their continuous development and improvement
Evaluate and drive continuous improvement, reducing technical debt, and enhancing end-to-end value
Review, analyze and facilitate stakeholder understanding of business and technology implication of future direction and influence decisions
Participate in internal and external activities related to technology matching and selection to ensure technology choice aligns with overall tech architecture and business strategy.







Who you are


We believe you understand the lifecycle and roadmap of a solution/product and can facilitate successful implementation of architectural decisions throughout the lifecycle; predictively identifying and remedying deficiencies before they occur. You enjoy creating engineering solution designs based on your deep understanding of business needs and have experience working in multi-disciplinary agile teams. You proactively look for the best solution to solve customer/business/technical problem while ensuring architecture quality, and you present and translate technical concepts to a high-level conversation that anyone can understand. ​ You define artifacts that be reused in solution development and integration.​ You show commitment and ownership and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy. We also believe you have experience in technical change management, business analysis and stakeholder management. Furthermore, we believe you have:
Several years of experience in working with financial solutions within SAP in a multinational setup
Knowledge in, and experience from working in S/4 HANA is beneficial
A holistic view of financial flows, and deep experience in at least one of the following: General accounting & reporting, Purchase to pay, Order to cash, Inventory and stock accounting, financial master data and reporting, Financial Controlling & analytics
Extensive knowledge of Architecture frameworks and modelling techniques​ as well as System Integration
In-depth knowledge of solution patterns and can guide solution decisions in alignment with architecture principles, guidelines and standards
Deep knowledge in Architecture and Solution Arch Development​
