Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB offers products for people who appreciate an energized experience, and creates value for consumers and mobile operators by bringing new ways of using multimedia communications while mobile.The company has approximately 7,500 employees across the globe working on research, development, design, sales, marketing, distribution and support.Sony Ericsson is thanks to the success on the market going through a phase of expansion.The Global IS department within the Corporate IS/IT unit is responsible for managing Global Information Solutions within the Sony Ericsson Mobile Communication group.We will now strengthen our Global IS departments with additional SAP Solution Managers who will be responsible for business solutions support and development within the Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (SEMC) group.You will be working as part of the SAP solution team but also very closely with business managers to ensure efficient and effective tools to support their needs. Your main tasks will be to: Support operational development .Work with SEMC business functions to identify business requirements and areas of improvements .Participate as project member in SAP related projects .Provide expert knowledge to the business on SAP solution capabilities .Initiate, plan and management of projects to implement solution improvements .Work with other IS teams and SAP Architect to ensure integration across solutions Support Current System Solutions .Support SAP Application Management teams to resolve issues .Support system disturbance issues (regression testing) for change issues & upgrade patches Support User Community .Act as the main contact point for the business into IS/IT .Provide SEMC business functions with advice and guidance on processes and systems .Support super user network with training / advice / "how to do" knowledge For this specific position to support our Sales solutions we are currently focussing on skills within the following SAP components: .SD .CRM .BW Qualifications: .Academic degree or corresponding competence with emphasis on Information Technology and/or Business Operation .Minimum 3 years experience working with SAP Solution implementation and experience from sale processes .Fluent in English
