Scaffolding Site Supervisor

Tekniq Oy is currently looking for Scaffolding Site Supervisor for our client's site in Husum Sweden from about September 2020. Duration of the assignment 12 months. You can send you application until 8th July 2020.

Responsibilities:

Within the area of responsibility:
. Advice the erection and installation work of subcontractors.
. Assure that the subcontractors follow erection instructions and quality specifications.
. Comply with Customer's HSE rules, as well as with local requirements in the country of the site.
. To complete with all the required safety training prior to arrive to the site
. In case time allows from his/hers own tasks, willingness to assist in /perform tasks of other disciplines.

Erection and installation
. Provide advice and instructions with respect to general erection matters within the scaffolding area
. Assure that the erection sequence and the inspection Hold Points plan is followed in the work.
. An inspection record shall be drawn up in the Hold Point examinations.

Logistics
. Assist the subcontractors in receiving inspection of the goods.

Reporting
. Daily diary of main events and weekly progress reporting
. Site Notifications to guide Subcontractors to follow our Customer's requirements
. NCRs to Subcontractors in case of non-compliance with Customer's requirements
. Continuous Improvement reporting
. Maintain photographic record of the progress of discipline
. Provide timesheets

Expectations:
. At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position (Site Supervisor on boiiler, evaporation or similar process plant) as Scaffolding Supervisor or Scaffolding coordinator.
. Good user knowledge for 3D Model Program.
. Experience with lifting maneuver and working at high.
. Experience with Planning IT tool
. Has good understanding of erection quality issues.
. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and Site Reporting Tools
. Very good level of English (Speaking and Writing).
. Good level of Swedish is a plus.
