The Company:
Our client is a major International business and they are currently recruiting for Nordic Speaking Technical Advisors to work within their European centre, Nottingham, UK. In September 2003 they established a team of 8 Nordic staff to provide the same high level of excellent support to their customers in the Nordic countries. This team has since expanded to over 30.
The Role:
The Technical Advisors will handle enquiries, analyse and solve problems via telephone and allocate field support. . You will be taking calls from customers experiencing problems with their PCs, helping them solve technical queries over the phone. Additionally due to expansion you will also be required to support Digital products such as LCD and Plasma TVs.
Candidate Profile:
You will have the ability to help customers in one or more of the following languages, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Danish and also have English as your second language. You will have patience, logic and people skills that are equally effective on the phone or face to face.

Salary/Additional Information:
Basic salary from 16,773.23 to 18,396.44 (depending on technical ability) plus an opportunity to earn a supplement depending on the number of Nordic languages spoken fluently plus bonus + benefits
