Internationella Engelska Skolan Enskede is seeking a school administrator to join our school in August 2023.

The School Administrator is the first point of call for visitors to the school, parents, staff and children. As the ‘face’ of the school the School Administrator should be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the School in a professional and friendly manner. In addition it is essential that the person for this role is organized, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities of School Administrator include:

-Being the first point of contact for students and parents.

-General School office administration

-Arranging End of Term / Year preparations

-Updating news/activities as well as general information to students and parents on SchoolSoft

-Working with schoolsoft related issues

-Working as a substitute coordinator
