Internationella Engelska Skolan i Halmstad is an independent secondary school with 450 students in grade 4-8, next school year 4-9. The school is located near the Nissan river, and is a short walk from the city center.

We are looking for a part time school nurse to start august 2014, 50% permanently

Qualifications
We are looking for a nurse with advanced training to the school nurse, district nurse or a pediatric nurse preferably with experience in the profession. We prefer that you are service oriented and have a strong interest in health promotion and prevention.

As a school nurse with us, you will primarily be responsible for students in grades 4-5. Your tasks consist inter alia of performing health interviews with students, manage and provide vaccinations, preventive work in both group and individual levels as well as being a part of student health team. You will also be involved in preventive work at the school where you will be a support for both students, parents, educators and other staff.

Fluency in English is an advantage but not a must.
