University graduate with degree in process/chemical/food engineering (preferred) . Previous experience of Food processes and Food safety desirable.. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.. Knowledge of a Nordic language preferred.. Solid computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook..Effective communication with internal and external partners as well as presentation skills..Passionate and dynamic, flexible and customer-focused personality.. Ability to work in teams and independently.. Interested in geographic mobility worldwide in long term perspective.Your responsibilities: .Support and lead product and process development from project brief through to commercialization.. Identify and execute productivity and quality improvement projects..Work closely with Marketing, Procurement, Operations and all R&D support functions.. Plan, co-ordinate and execute related pilot plant and industrial trial activities.. Provide technical support to Operations on request, trouble shooting..When feasible take on similar tasks for the Upplnads Väsby plant/business.
