We are seeking a highly motivated Nordic Channel Marketing Manager to join our team and help us increase lead generation and drive channel differentiation. In this role, you will work closely with the Nordics Sales team, product team, and key stakeholders to execute strategic marketing initiatives across the Nordic region.

- Working closely with the Nordics Sales team to increase lead generation.
- Position new product launches and enhancement, working alongside a wider product team.
- Work closely with Sales Teams to drive channel differentiation, product sampling, and product training program.
- Proactively and clearly communicate all channel Marketing initiatives with key stakeholders including Sales and Marketing, GTM,R&D, and other internal stakeholders.
- Performance Management of all Nordics area sales manager and ensure product information is well aligned internall.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in channel marketing, preferably within the Nordic region.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive channel differentiation and develop comprehensive product training programs.
- Experience in performance management and coaching of sales teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
