We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Scrum Master with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Deliverables for SScM tasks (Scrum Master):
Assist each ART (Agile Release Train) team.
Attend and participate in the company's Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demos, among others.
Responsible to the organisation for the ART team's delivery during increments as well as the team's efficiency.
In accordance with Volvo standards and processes, you are responsible for project reporting and risk management.
Before PI planning, estimate the number of hours required to complete the story.
Agree with Volvo ART management and Product owners on the number of stories to be completed by ART in PI planning.
Ascertain that the work is delivered in accordance with the acceptance criteria and definitions.
