Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a senior engineer to work part-time as a Function Engineer and part-time as a Scrum Master for high-flow projects. Two characters in one.


As a Scrum Master, you'll use your senior leadership and experience to solve problems across teams and organisations so that you and your team can meet the team's goals and objectives. You'll also be expected to coach your team and maintain the maturity of the group.


You'll be a part of developing, systemizing, integrating, and verifying AD as a function engineer. You'll be working as part of a team that specialises in function development and systemization. Two other teams in AD Functions, the systemization and integration team and the verification team, share the team's objectives and backlog.


Working on function development necessitates collaboration with multiple teams at Volvo Cars as well as our supplier Zenseact, all of whom are eager to provide customers with an AD experience. It takes advanced engineering, as well as personal development and learning, to develop safe AD.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
The most important thing is that you are passionate about autonomous driving and have a problem-solving mindset and drive, as well as senior engineering and leadership experience that will allow you to contribute to the flow and development of advanced functions for safety and customer value.
Experience as a Scrum Master
Experience in people management and/or project management
Experience in ADAS function development
Experience from working at Volvo Cars to gain knowledge of the Volvo way of working and network Experience with Agile methods
You most likely have an M.Sc. or similar experience.
