DWT Consulting är ett mindre konsultbolag som just nu expanderar. DWT har sina kunder främst i Stockholm, men även i Göteborg och Malmö. Vi arbetar både mot myndigheter och privata aktörer. Som anställd hos oss så arbetar man främst ute hos kund, men även inhouse projekt förekommer.

What you’ll do
As a Scrum Master (ScM) you will continuously work with coaching the Scrum team, refining the team’s processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments. You will have a close collaboration within the Trio of Product Owner, Team Manager, Scrum master and other people with interfaces to the team.
Do you fit the profile?
Meritorious if you have a university degree within software development.
Previous experience from working as a Scrum Master and software.
Ability to lead teams, to apply a holistic and strategic approach, motivate
and create confidence in the team.
You prefer to plan and solve problems in a structured manner.
You make things happen without someone telling you what to do.
