What you will do
You will work as a Scrum Master/Team leader for a delivery team currently consisting of 10 personnel (SAP solution Experts, ABAP programmer, and Business analyst). You will be working closely with the team, managed services, product owners, and line management. You will act as a servant leader for the team by driving and organizing the sprint events and supporting the team with the required resources and infrastructures in delivering value to our internal customers. You’ll be liaising with our incident and support team in India and Scania Center of Excellence to secure high-quality support and services to our team and business. You will assess and secure the maintenance and incident support requirement of any new SAP business areas as a part of the Scania SAP journey.

You will adopt an agile approach to work and will be the primary contact for the end-users within the company.


What we believe you have


• A natural leader with a very good understanding of agile culture and ways of working.
• 3 years of experience of leadership experience as a scrum master or equal in IT experienced with agile development


• Are easily adaptable to varying business needs, yet at the same time challenge the business if the requirement is not backed with a valid user story / business case.
• Commitment and motivation to work with others to deliver, simplify and improve
• Experience in understanding, analyzing and prioritising new demands
• You probably have a background as a Scrum Master - Scrum-certification PSM (professional Scrum master) and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is an advantage.
• Experience as a Product Owner is an advantage
• The ability to understand SAP, IT terms and IT environment is an advantage
• Experience from Business processes within Logistics is an advantage.

Besides those experiences you ensure your having a great team spirit, but are also capable of working independently. You bring enthusiasm and have the skill to see people and their differences and possibilities. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and a great ability to express yourself, a good listener to be able to understand business and IT needs. You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
