Description
Our client is growing and now looking for Scrum Master to the Finance and Corporate Support function within our new Business Tech organization. As a Scrum Master, You will work in a team of highly competent people with advanced ServiceNow platform which is used globally in H&M Group. We strive for compliance, quality, efficiency and act as a servant leader.
Responsibilities
Coach team members. The Scrum master makes sure that team members are well trained and understand Agile processes
Helping the team to drive improvement and progress toward goals
Coordinates activities, drive agile ceremonies, (PI planning, reviews, retros)
Leading the team through healthy debate on ideas?
Teaching, mentoring, and coaching the team using Scrum?
Helping the team remove and prevent impediments?
Empowering and guiding the development team on self-management.

Skills & Requirements
You have a solid experience as a Scrum Master. You?can?explain deep subject matter situations relating your area to all stakeholders within H&M Group. You are a team player and excellent communicator. You fill requirements as below:
Mandatory skills
5+ years of experience as Scrum Master.
Excellent communication skills with fluent in English, oral and written.
Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and easy way
Ability to take responsibility, work proactively taking initiatives.
Experience with closely working with developers and tech teams

Good to have
Experience within working with Servicenow teams
