About the job As a Scrum Master You will ensure that the Cross Functional Team adheres to agile theory, practices and rules. You will be a servant-leader for a team in cooperation with Agile Product owner and the team. You will be an important part of the daily deliverables in our teams.

What you need to succeed To succeed you need good understanding of general banking business and BI. You need good understanding of software development or maintenance and extensive knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies.

As a Scrum Master You need to have leadership and analytical skills, be service minded, social and communicative. You also need to be structured, systematic and have a coaching mindset.
Team-player is your middle name and you love to solve problems together with your teams and colleagues.
