Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at IA Consultant Services AB, you will work in an agile team and support deliveries within one of our value streams. The Scrum Master will facilitate team events and processes and empower team members to successfully deliver valuable software with the highest possible business value. In this role we also see the possibilities of doing more than the Scrum Master parts, since we are a department in transition towards new ways of working, the possibilities are various and can be decided based on your personal skills. Possible areas to extend the role are requirements analysis or testing, so prior experience in any of these areas is an advantage. The Scrum Master will communicate with stakeholders, resolve and / or escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless continuous improvement.
The Scrum Master will also be a key player in driving our Lean-Agile transformation.
About You
You are a highly motivated person with good social skills and a genuine interest in facilitating and training teams, people, and software deliveries.
You have proven experience as a Scrum Master with an agile mindset and expertise in facilitating, removing impediments, making decisions, and resolving conflicts.
If you must be able to express yourself orally and in writing in English. Swedish, Urdu / Hindi, and Arabic knowledge is nice to have.
