Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to be a part of our growing team in Stockholm.   
What you’ll do   
Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible  
Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management  
Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items  
Understanding product planning in an empirical environment  
Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value  
Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed  
Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality  
Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood.  
Causing change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team  
Working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organisation   
Who you are    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science or relevant field  
Business level fluency in both written and spoken Swedish   
Minimum of 4 years experience as a Scrum Master  
Deep understanding and knowledge of the Scrum framework 
Proficient within different agile frameworks and supporting Tools S
Solution oriented with excellent problem-solving skills especially within complex situation that may involve various stakeholders
