The Digital Banking & IT organization consists of more than 1700 employees spread over four home markets. About the job Today we have two teams located in four different countries that work with Network Security and our Core Network. We have one Scrum Master and we are looking for one more person to share the work. There are two Agile Product Owners (APOs) and you will support them to maintain a great backlog. Your goal is to guide the teams in the agile way of working, facilitating agile events and solve ad hoc daily tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coaching the team in self-organization
Helping the teams to create high value
Remove hinders/impediments during daily work
Facilitate agile events e.g. workshops

What you need to succeed We are looking for someone with an agile mindset and a drive to help teams to grow and learn. Communication skills and a positive attitude is really important. You enjoy working in a team and collaborate with others to find solutions.
You have a technical background and perhaps you have experience from the banking industry and the network area. You have a high interest in agile methodologies and/or way of working.

As a Scrum master you are good at asking questions and you are structured, systematic and have interest in details. Giving and receiving feedback feels comfortable to you.
