About the position
As a Scrum Master at E.ON, you play a crucial role in facilitating the Scrum framework within the team. This involves supporting the team in achieving their goals, removing impediments, and fostering effective teamwork. You also promote a culture of continuous improvement, assisting the team in enhancing productivity and product quality.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Coach and mentor the Scrum Team and stakeholders on Scrum principles and practices.
* Facilitate key Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) to ensure they are well-organized, timeboxed, and focused on achieving their objectives.
* Remove impediments or obstacles hindering the Scrum Team's progress.
* Lead and facilitate retrospectives at the end of each Sprint.
* Support the team in implementing action items to address agreed improvements from retrospectives, fostering an environment of learning and adaptation.
* Report on the success of each sprint and provide updates on your team's progress, risks, issues, challenges, and dependencies to the responsible manager.


Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in the role of Scrum Master, demonstrating proficiency in guiding teams through agile transformations.

We expect you to have:

* Proven experience as a Scrum Master, showcasing successful facilitation of the Scrum framework within development teams.
* A track record of effectively supporting and empowering teams to achieve their goals, including the removal of impediments and the facilitation of key agile meetings.
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to promote a continuous improvement mindset within the team.
* Demonstrated ability to lead retrospectives and drive the implementation of improvements and experiments to enhance team productivity, product quality, and overall performance.
