Scrum Master - Cyber Security

At the ART Enabling BaseTech (EBT) we are responsible all the way from research and advanced engineering to implementation, verification and validation of current and future customer offers. We act within four areas; Cyber Security, Software Download, Diagnostics and Wired & Wireless Communication.
Now we are looking for a creative Scrum Master to Cyber Security, do you share our passion for people, the environment and our urge to create the best electrical platform for upcoming driving needs? Then this role might be the place for you to prosper!

You will be a servant leader, who coach the team by driving and organizing the events and assist the teams in delivering value to the larger solution/system. You will lead the team according to agile principles and together with the Release Train Engineer, Solution Architects and Product Owner you will make sure that the flow is kept and that the right concept development activities is taking place.
* Establish and communicate the annual rolling calendar for iterations and program increments
* Organize, drive and facilitate the team and the daily work during PI-planning and sprints.
* Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks

We see that you have several years of relevant work experience and you probably have SW or electronic engineering development experience in an agile environment. We also see that you have some sort of leadership experience from before, this is not your first-time job as a leader - you need to have hands-on practice. A university degree within computer science or engineering would be beneficial. You are team oriented, always inclusive towards others, and a great communicator with a customer focus. You are also curious and continuously searching for new knowledge! We like a hands-on approach to problems - learning by doing and finding new and better ways together with your teams.
