Scrum Master for Hardware Development

For our international client in south Sweden, we are searching for a Scrum Master with experience in physical product development.
Previous experience with equipment and package development, mechanical design, automation, package design and V&V are beneficial.
Scrum master or agile coaching experience is required.
Scrum/Agile certification is valuable.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience is required.
Technical / engineering background is essential.


Soft skills:
High drive for results,
Proven track record of coaching teams,
Stakeholder management, facilitation and collaboration skills,
Team building and line management experience is a plus.
You have a pragmatic and flexible approach that can adapt to the needs of the situation.
You feel comfortable working as a consultant, and you want a career in leadership roles.
