Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A proven track record of guiding teams on the use of scrum, self-organization and continuous improvement including building and coaching teams
• Self-motivation and an ability to lead others
• The commitment and motivation to work with others to deliver, simplify and improve
• A sound ability to create good customer and supplier contacts
• Experience of leadership roles
• Good knowledge of software development (for example front- and back end technologies or testing)
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish
• A university education within IT or equivalent experience

We expect our future Scrum Master to be organized, driven and have a strong service-minded approach. To be successful in this role you will also need to have good communication skills and feel comfortable working closely with several parties within both IT and business. You are a team player, but also capable of working independently. We believe that you have experience from working with IT and are familiar with the application lifecycle and release management.
