Scrum Master Installation & Maintenance

Verisure Innovation is now looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Malmö! 
 
About the job 
 As our new Scrum Master at Verisure, you will join our two teams responsible for the applications & services used in the Installation & Maintenance of our millions of alarm customers equipment’s. It includes the application used to make sure our alarms are correctly installed and maintained but also services such as automated battery order handling, among others.  
 
Our teams have close cooperation with our internal stakeholders – R&D, Product management, Quality, Country Operations. The teams are currently working on implementing DevOps methodology in our daily work, based on the SAFe framework. This role will be instrumental and key in this transition. Our teams consist of developers, testers, product owners and dev leads. The teams are around 8 people. 
 
Your responsibility as Scrum Master is to: 
* Shielding interference 
* Being a servant leader 
* Being the process authority 
* Coaching team members 
* Maximize business outcomes via scrum 
* Smoothly onboard new employees and team members 
* Assisting the product owner (by actionable feedback, backlog refinement, ...) 
* Removing roadblocks 
* Facilitate scrum events & enhance team planning 
* Be the engine in improvement processes - Drive DevOps forward with us in terms of culture, processes, and technology 
 

Location: Malmö 
 
What you bring 
 We are looking for a Scrum Master that facilitates creativity and motivates others to increase efficiency. You are used to working with complex systems with dependencies amongst deliveries. To succeed in this role, we see that your personality is characterized by good communications skills and an ability to inspire and motivate. 
* Previous Scrum Master experience 
* Good knowledge of agile methodologies 
* Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) 
* Fluent in English both in speech and writing 

We see it as a merit if you have worked with SAFe, it is also a plus if you have a Scrum Master certification. 
 
Relevant education from a university, college or vocational university is desirable.
